Hi, I’m Jose.

I’m an operations manager who builds AI systems. I earned my B.S. in Computer Science from Montclair State University in three years, and I’ve worked in operations since 2020: running proposals, invoicing and lead intake for my family’s home improvement company, and managing day-to-day operations for about 10 instructors and our partner schools at a STEM education center.

Meta Markets Capital started as the LLC I set up for my own trading. Today it’s an AI solutions company: I design and deploy custom systems for businesses, and I run The AI Arc, where I teach builders to do the same.

My philosophy is simple: build the machine, then run it. AI rewards the people who build with it, not the people who let it do their thinking.

When I’m not building, I’m at the gym, outdoors, or filming what I’m working on for YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
